It’s an original take on the theme of mindbreaking women that we’ve got here. We’re in a society where families in need of money sell their daughters to “trainers” who will break the girls into mindless sex dolls only caring about sexual ecstasy. But the story isn’t presented under the usual POVs, neither as something filthy, disgusting, nor as something delightfully empowering as long as the reader accepts to place himself in the shoes of the person doing the mindbreaking.
Here, the story is told from the POV of the trainer, and he does that as a job, a respectable and qualified profession for something perfectly normal. Even the women have to deal with the fact it’s a social norm, and are considered as having reached a fulfilling state of happiness once they’ve become dolls, once they pass their own tipping point of no return. It’s a bit sad, sure, but it’s the way society works.
That gave a unique combination of domination, and consensual sex, of drama and vanilla. Weird, but not bad! 
Graphically, this is simply glorious. Very little censorship, meaty girls of exceptional beauty with detailed meaty pussy lips, faces of ecstasy, intense action, fine art… I was impressed
