This story is strinkingly similar to Ofuro No Akiyama-san, now part of the Funky Glamorous manga, you can read its gallery here, the ghost of a man refusing to leave this realm without having experienced real sex receives “help” from a young beautiful woman able to see and touch him 
There’s a good mood to this story, with light comedy and happy sex, so thanks a lot! to SMDC-Comics for this release, and for highligting the similarity with Coelacanth’s earlier version
